
Dr. Patrick Ang is a skilled cardiologist with expertise in a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. He is a senior consultant cardiologist at Royal Healthcare Medical Centre. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a MBBS in 1990 and became a member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP, UK) in 1995. His subspecialty is intervention cardiology, and he is fully registered and accredited by the Singapore Medical Council and the Ministry of Health. To date, he has performed over 20,000 angiograms and 10,000 angioplasties. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (FAMS), a Fellow of the Asian Pacific Society of Intervention Cardiology (FAPSIC), member of the Singapore Cardiac Society and National Heart Association.
In addition to his clinical expertise, he has written and published numerous original papers in various medical journals. He has also participated in many multicenter trials in intervention cardiology.
